Transitioning into ISO 9001:2015 may not necessarily incur major and drastic changes to the existing Quality Management System. This is especially true if an organization has already structured its current ISO 9001 QMS based on the way it effectively operates, using a process approach.
Since ISO 9001:2015 allows an organization flexibility in the way it chooses to document its quality management system (QMS), this enables each individual organization to determine the correct amount of documented information needed in order to demonstrate the effective planning, operation and control of its processes and the implementation and continual improvement of the effectiveness of its QMS.
This two-day course is designed to create awareness and better understanding of ISO 9001:2015 clause-by-clause requirements. Through this training, participants will better interpret changes brought on by the new standard and learn how to incorporate the improved or changed requirements into their current documentation and implementation practices.
This course is suitable for all levels of employees that have a direct role in establishing, documenting, approving, implementing or maintaining the Quality Management System as required by ISO 9001:2015 and the organization’s internal requirement. There will be emphasis on clauses where new implementation evidence may be required as a result of changes made to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. The course will be instructor led with plenty of case studies to reinforce knowledge retention and aid application at the workplace.
